ARE YOU STRESSED? Can I encourage you today, whatever stressful situation you are going through, “This too shall pass.” Have you ever said, “I CAN’T HANDLE THIS STRESS!” Prolonged stress is a killer but there is a way to beat it.
Yes stress is a natural part of life so it’s true that we all must learn how to handle stress. A university lecturer explained it this way; he held up a full glass of water and asked the class how heavy it was. The answers varied from 100 grams to 400 grams.

To encourage you today, have you ever thought about how long you want to live for?Methuselah in the Bible lived for 969 years! Adam lived for 930 years! Psalm 90:10 says that in these times we are given three score and ten(a score is 20 years + 10 = 70), if by reason they be four score years yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off and we fly away. Psalm 90:12 says “God, please teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
Life it seems is a race against time, so much to do and so little time.
